Maintenance Request
If you need maintenance and your issue isn’t urgent, our helpful team of property managers are available during busines hours to help you out.
An urgent repairs is any of the following:
- Burst water service including hot water systems
- Broken or malfunctioning appliance, fitting or fixture causing a substantial waste of water
- Blocked or broken toilet
- Serious roof leak
- Gas leak
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- Any fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure.
Notice to Leave
A tenancy agreement is a legally binding agreement. If you wish to vacate the property, a minimum 2-week notice is required – even if the vacate date is the same as the date your agreement ends. You will need to notify us in writing, by completing and submitting the Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13).
If you break the lease by vacating before the tenancy agreement ends, compensation may be payable. Please see the tenancy agreement for details.
Getting your Bond back
When leaving the property, it is your responsibility to leave the property in the same condition as when you moved in (except for fair wear and tear). All keys must be returned including any extra keys that have been cut.
In addition to this, the “Exit Condition Report” (Form 14a) and “Refund of Rental Bond” (Form 4) should also be completed.
