  • Option Projects is an Australian property development business delivering well-considered residential and mixed-use projects supported by strong branding, disciplined execution, and scalable systems. Our digital platforms are a core commercial asset, supporting project launches, lead generation, investor confidence, and brand positioning across multiple developments.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a highly capable Web Designer to take ownership of our entire digital ecosystem. This is an outcome-driven role, not task-based, designed for someone who can operate autonomously, maintain high standards, and proactively manage systems without constant supervision.

    • Part-time or full-time with flexibility structured around outcomes, accountability, and long-term ownership rather than fixed hours.

    • Own and manage end-to-end backend infrastructure, including domain registration, DNS configuration, hosting environments, and server setup across platforms such as VentraIP and Webcentral, ensuring security, uptime, and scalability.

    • Design, build, and maintain high-quality websites and digital assets using Canva, Wix, and Figma, with a strong focus on brand consistency, user experience, conversion optimisation, and commercial outcomes.

    • Manage and continuously improve SEO visibility across all websites, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO hygiene, site structure, metadata, indexing, and performance to support sustained organic growth.

    • Optimise website performance and traffic flow while maintaining digital hygiene by proactively removing spam, bloat, broken integrations, outdated elements, and other sources of technical or operational debt.

    • Implement, manage, and optimise automation workflows using platforms such as Go High Level, supporting CRM processes, lead capture, integrations, and scalable marketing and operations systems.

    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, translating strategic objectives into executed digital solutions while maintaining alignment across design, marketing, and operations.

    • Operate with a high level of autonomy, taking full ownership of the digital ecosystem and delivering outcomes on an “auto-pilot” basis once strategic direction is established, without the need for constant oversight.

Submit a current resume and a summary of previous experience, including examples of websites, digital platforms, or automation systems managed, demonstrating the ability to operate independently, deliver commercially driven outcomes, and maintain complex digital environments at scale.
